Podbento is owned and operated by ROKET YEMEK ELEKTRONİK TİCARET VE LOJİSTİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company registered in Türkiye. The company is the service provider and the controller for its own account, website, waiting-list and support data.

Access and accounts

These terms cover your use of Podbento websites, apps and connected services. Follow the terms presented when you create an account or purchase access. Keep account information accurate and credentials private. Use the software and API within the access and limits granted for your account.

Waiting-list registration only requests an opening notice. Access, a trial and a subscription start through their separate flows and terms.

Content and permitted use

Our company owns its software and product materials. You and the relevant rights holders retain rights to recordings, podcasts and other submitted or indexed content. You grant the permissions needed to store, process and deliver content for the features you request. Public catalog access does not grant a right to redistribute every recording or transcript.

Do not violate others’ rights, record without necessary permission, upload unlawful material, bypass security or quotas, or misuse personal data. We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security, unlawful use or a material breach, subject to applicable law.

Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

For Paddle purchases, our company supplies the product and Paddle is the merchant of record for the sale. The native checkout shows the billing period, local total, taxes, trial conditions and any renewal before you confirm. A trial may require a payment method or be cardless; the terms shown for that specific price apply.

For an active paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewals according to the confirmed subscription terms; it does not by itself request a refund. Use the available customer portal or contact support. Mandatory consumer and refund rights remain intact.

Changes, responsibility and applicable rights

Availability can be affected by maintenance, networks, devices and publisher services. We do not promise that all third-party content will remain available. Material changes are communicated as required by law; the date on the document identifies this version.

Our company is established in Türkiye. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you continue to apply, including rules on competent authorities and courts. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
