Refund requests and cancellation

For a purchase processed by Paddle, use Paddle buyer support at paddle.net or contact [email protected] with the order details. Do not send full payment-card details. The Paddle buyer terms and refund policy applying to your order, together with mandatory consumer law, govern the payment and refund request.

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are different actions. Cancellation controls future renewals; an approved refund is handled through the merchant of record. We do not replace mandatory withdrawal or consumer rights with a blanket no-refunds rule.
