Podbento is owned and operated by ROKET YEMEK ELEKTRONİK TİCARET VE LOJİSTİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company registered in Türkiye. The company is the service provider and the controller for its own account, website, waiting-list and support data.

Data and collection

We receive information from forms, your account, API requests, app activity and messages you send us. This includes your email, account details, choices, security information and the content needed for the features you request.

Local editor projects stay on your device unless you choose a connected feature. Remote sessions, uploaded recordings, hosted shows, participants, publishing settings and download measurements are processed when you use those features. Obtain the necessary permissions before recording people or publishing their material.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use necessary data to provide the requested service and take steps you request before a contract, protect accounts, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing relies on contract performance, legal duties, legitimate interests in a secure service, or your consent for optional communications. Where applicable, these correspond to KVKK Article 5 and GDPR Article 6.

Waiting-list confirmation and access-opening emails respond to your request. Joining does not start a paid account or trial. Optional product news is a separate choice. You can leave each brand’s list using its unsubscribe link; choices are not copied between brands.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, storage, security and email providers receive the data needed for their service. Resend delivers transactional emails; Cloudflare provides configured network and security services. Connected sign-in or push features may use Google, Apple or Firebase. For paid Paddle purchases, Paddle processes checkout and payment data as merchant of record; we keep billing references and entitlement status, not full card details.

A provider or user may be in another country. Applicable transfer rules, including KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V where relevant, govern those transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your request.

Retention and your choices

We retain data for the requested service, account security, legal recordkeeping and necessary dispute handling. The relevant service, legal requirement and purpose determine the period. An unsubscribe stops that brand’s list emails; account or data deletion is a separate request. Necessary suppression and legal records may remain. Waiting-list confirmation links expire after 24 hours; an unsubscribe link expires after 30 days.

Where applicable, you can ask for information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw optional consent and complain to the competent authority. KVKK Article 11 and applicable GDPR rights remain available. Send requests to [email protected]. We may request proportionate identity checks and respond within the applicable legal period.
